Customer Care

From initial enquiry onwards, you will find that we are focussed on customer care.

We have a dedicated customer helpdesk, which will deal with initial enquiries, through to maintenance call-outs.

On initial enquiry, the helpdesk staff will ensure that you are put through to the correct person to move your project forwards.

 

Once passed on to our Design team, a site survey will be carried out, to assess your requirements, ensuring that YOU, the customer, has full input on the system that YOU need. Advice and experience will be offered, but, the options will be yours.

On commencement of the project, you will be kept informed of all progress, by our Project Management team. A Project Manager will be assigned to your project, so that you have continuity in contact, and so that the person you deal with will know each aspect of your project.

Finally, when your project is complete, our customer helpdesk will arrange any call-outs required, be they under guarantee or maintenance, as promptly, and conveniently to you as possible.
